I always return to this place for my stay. Staff helped me find my lost necklace once and I remember it. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, board games, pets allowed, express check-in/out. Can't wait to go back for New Year!

The apartment was clean and the area felt safe. Mercedes and her mother warmly welcomed us and showed us around. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had thoughtful touches like chocolates and a coffee machine. I also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket right opposite the building. it truly felt like a home away from home.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Loved the free WiFi, because who needs fresh air when you can binge-watch Netflix in the garden? The balcony was perfect for pretending to be in a nature documentary. The children's playground was a great place to escape from the little monsters.
Oh, how I adored the smokers in the playground, their second-hand smoke made my stay truly unforgettable.

I recently stayed at Amezola Park for a few nights and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and felt very safe. I was warmly greeted by Mercedes and her mother, who showed me around and even left little chocolates and a coffee machine for me to enjoy. The location was excellent, with a supermarket conveniently located right across the street and a fantastic pizzeria just a short walk away. I also appreciated the close proximity to public transportation, with the tram stop and train station both within walking distance. it was a wonderful stay and I felt right at home.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We were delighted to find little chocolates and a coffee machine, which added a lovely touch to our stay. The bathroom with a bidet and free toiletries was a total game-changer for me. It made me feel like I was staying in a fancy, luxurious hotel. As someone who loves a good pampering session, this was a big plus!
Honestly, I didn't really like the kitchen that much. I know some people might find it great, but personally, I prefer eating out and experiencing the local cuisine.

The apartment is well decorated and clean, making us feel safe and comfortable. The hosts, Mercedes and her mother, were welcoming and helpful. The location is convenient, with a supermarket, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The apartment provided a home away from home feeling, with little chocolates and a coffee machine as pleasant touches.
Some guests complained about smokers in the adjacent playground, which caused them to keep their windows shut.
